Management structure
The Baniadam Team

Our organization structure
Bani’Adam Relief and Development Organization is managed by six-member Board of Directors (BODs) headed by a chairperson who is elected after every five years. The Chairperson is supported by the Secretary and Treasurer. The board meetings are held on quarterly basis. The Board appoints the Executive Director to run the day today affairs of the organization.
Mr. Ali Moallim Mohamud is the current Executive Director, overseeing administration, programs management, strategic planning, financial management and development of policies and procedures and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Since the organization is usually involved in the implementation of more than one project, project managers do support the executive director in the implementation of projects.
Bani’Adam has few permanent staff members with various skills. Bani’Adam also hires staff on project basis based on the skills required, such that at the end of every project they are laid off. Under this arrangement Baniadam has a reserve of trained staff that can be recruited on a short notice especially in the regions where getting qualified staff is a challenge.
In addition, like any other recruitment by Bani’Adam they are subjected to an interview process before final selection and engagement.
